Aaron Jainchill

Personal Injury Lawyer Serving Clients Throughout Connecticut

Clients often turn to attorney Aaron Jainchill during some of the most stressful moments in their lives. As a founding attorney of Jainchill & Beckert, LLC, Aaron is known for providing the compassion, steady guidance, and dedication they need.

Aaron focuses his trial practice on personal injury law and other complex litigation. He works directly with injured people and their families, helping them understand what to expect, preparing each case carefully for trial, and fighting for the compensation they deserve after serious accidents.

Board Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney

After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in 1995, Aaron obtained his law degree from Western New England University School of Law in 1998. He has since handled legal matters in courthouses across Connecticut, including numerous cases that reached a jury verdict.

Aaron holds a distinction shared by fewer than 100 attorneys in Connecticut and less than 4% of attorneys nationwide: he is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification. He was first certified in 2012 and re-certified in 2017.

To hold that distinction, Aaron must show trial experience, receive peer and judicial recommendations, complete continuing legal education, and pass an advanced examination on evidence, ethics, and civil procedure.
